Art making can be a powerful and soothing way to explore life's challenges. The process of externalizing our experience through the creation of images can invite space, and at times shift our relationship to challenges.
In this workshop, participants will be guided to complete a series of pictures exploring a chosen stuck point in their lives. Gently moving through the creative process, participants can gain new insights, uncover hidden perspectives, and identify possible pathways and alternatives for moving forward. Participants will come away with hands-on interventions for using art making to enhance problem solving.
